So six weeks ago I set myself a challenge. I had a rigorous exercise schedule, which initially I thought would leave me dead. However, by week three I was hooked by the results I was seeing. Every Monday I took snaps of my progress and vowed to share my results.
I am proud of my achievement, but I don’t plan to stop and sit back. The fitness bug is so addictive and seeing a healthier me is amazing. To all those who think it’s impossible, set yourself a challenge, log your progress and get ready to see results!
